I just wanted to start a thread here for the great service I've been getting from Cheryl (Metro Infiniti).

I've delt with her in the past and she gives 100%.
She took care of me when my window moldings were fading and when my dash started bubbling.

Today I was goin to Therapy and I got there a lil bit early so I sat in the car for 15 mins and when it was time for me to go, my windows wouldnt roll up. So I tried turning on the car - "Click" was all I got. Called Infiniti Roadside, jumped me and so I called Cheryl up and asked if she can take me in to check out the battery & charging system. I got to Metro - Cheryl greeted me and asked how my moldings & dash were doin. She took my ride to the back - a tech got on it tested out the battery & charging system everything looked good - so must've been a fluke or something.
Anyways - Cheryl took care of everything for me.

Heres her info- hope she doesnt mind

Yes, I have had plenty of cars in the past and I do have to say she gives the best service. She also replaced my door moldings and always is a great help.

If you want your FX to get good service, take it to Cheryl.

...haven't had any experience with Cheryl yet, but the only time I've delt with Metro was a very positive one... I got a GREAT deal on a 3/36 extended warranty thru them...

yes, I agree Cheryl is great to deal with. Great customer service.
I hope they are finished with my door moldings, I also had them 'fix' the rear dvd rattle. The other service guy told me the rear dvd monitors always was a problem on all models.

Anyways, goto Metro and be treated like a king.

Metro Infiniti!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Metro Infiniti......

Cheryl is the bomb and knows not only how to take care of you but scratch your back and put a smile on your face even after you pay a bill.

I went in on Monday with a list, yes a list of things i wanted taken care of and guys what.... Every single thing was looked at and i was even given feedback on everything personally as well as have a tech talk to me and take time out of his day to resolve problems. I have never received such service before from any service dept with the many vehicles i have owned in the past.

I can't recommend her enough to anyone. Thanks for everything superwoman!!!

Dude!!! Will is there right now... are you still there? He just sent me 2 pics of the 2 Nissan GT-Rs in the lot (via cell phone)!!!

Sounds like things have changed... my Metro service experience (2005) consisted of a complaint about a rattle... and the finger being pointed at my aftermarket subs being played too loud to the point of shaking the car apart and they would not replace the piece rattling (driver side a/c vent).

they must be busy over there at Metro. I called there 2 times and was not able to talk with the service department. Finally the service guy answered and I could understand him through his thick accent. I ask how much the 30k service will cost and all I heard was $410 then blah blah blah...
Cheryl where are you? I could reach her either.

I just saw Cheryl this afternoon cuz My battery kept dying on me - Cheryl got that all fixed for me! Great service as usual.
As I pulled into Metro - I noticed a group of people standing around a car and as I got closer I saw this:

So how come they are selling them at the Infiniti dealers and not the Nissan dealers?
