Save money, get coilovers. I went with H&R's first and they were fine. But ended up swapping for coilovers after 1.5 years because springs never sit perfectly even and it's never low enough. I've done this on 4 cars now, get springs, then swap for coilovers when I should have just gone with coilovers in the first place.
I went with BC and it's the most popular option. But Megan Racing is the same; basically identical. I think Zebra sells BC's for cheaper than most places sell Megan's so just go with BC's.
Kido is another option, but they have a weird rear damping adjustment that requires an extender I believe. And there was an issue where someone's rear shock literally broke because of the design. He was running heavy wheels which may have made it worse. To get Kido, I think you would have to contact Chedman? But he's not a vendor, just helps people out. Maybe they have someone else now. Kido's big advantage is that they allow you to choose spring rates upon purchase. Maybe BC does that now, not sure.
Bottom line is there are only 3 options, they're all basically the same - made in Taiwan, same damping range, similar spring rates, similar price. All are mid-range coilovers, but for the FX not sure why we'd need more. It's not a race car so no point in $5K Ohlins.
