hood scoop

so i looooooove the way my fx looks i have a 2007 fx35 except when i stand infront of the car the hood just looks plain and flat and takes away from the aggressive styling of the fx that it has from all other angles...do you guys have any pics with a fx35 with a hood scoop on it i just feel like that would complete the look..ive searched a couple sites but none of them have pics of the scoop on the fx
 
no hood scoops thanks. if you do manage to get one, make sure you run to discount tire and get the cheapest and ugliest chrome wheels to go with it.

ouch and ew at the same time.

unless you do something different with a full kit like suren did than thats a different story.

SUREN's hood is a different story are you even running
on wheels or anything at all. And please dont buy those hood scoops from autozone and glue it on.
 
lol k def got feed back and the moscow hood is interesting and that is something along the lines of what i was thinking about but i just got the jaguar xf and i wanted a hood similiar to that with its agressive styling maybe hood scoop was not the best way of describing what i want so lets try this pic http://www.jaguar1.org/jaguar-xf.htm and if anyone has any ideas more along the lines of this or if it has to be completely custom then thats what ill have to do and that white fx hood is hideous...but at least my topic got some hits lol now IS wont tell me that i havent posted in a while :wink (2):

yes, but do you have anything else done to the FX?
Throwing a cowl hood on there still doesnt really support your case.
One thing I would agree with is if you had something under there that would need the clearance.......but otherwise...nahh
 
im rather new to cars so i dont know what a cowl hood is my fx looks like yours jbaker but the stock rims...i wanted a hood that looks stock but more agressive is there anyway to do that? although yours looks lowered mine is stock
