So get this.. I go to mynismo.com to search for a catback hks exhaust and on the website tells me $765. I called to confirm and was going to pull the trigger and order it. When I called the guy told me that that is not true and that it was $906 plus $150 shipping. I said if you go to the website you will see it. On my computer I still see it at $765. After i hanged up cuz i thought it was a little shady. I called importpartspro that Chedman recommended. The guy kyle gave me a good price of $915 shipped for the catback HKS legamax Exhaust. Then when I went back to the nismo site they changed the price to $906. I was like wow that was fast!!

I'm really thinking hard about this exhaust and want to make sure it is the right one. I want a mean sound when i gas it hard. and when i'm driving normal with the family I don't want it to be too loud. I pm some of the members on the forum and i thank you all for the input you have given me.

This site is crazy and i love it. Gives me so many cool ideas i want to do to my car. I love the skid plate on LAFX, the led mirror lights, and the cool angel eyes. Turbocad been doing a great job to my car and I totally trust him. He did the Fuel cleaning on my car and fixed my gas meter when dealer wanted me to replace the pump with labor for almost $500 crazy!!! Still testing on it will see in a few more fill up at the station.

thank you all for sharing your problems/fix on this forum.

:iS: ROCKS!

Check eBay for a polyurethane exhaust hanger with 12mm hole, and use this for the midpipe hanger (as opposed to the stock rubber one) - makes a huge difference. You will most likely need some lithium grease and some type of vice or clamps to get it on the hangers.

I paid $927.53 shipped from JDM Hub for the midpipe and rear exhaust. Regarding sound, it has essentially the same note as the stock exhaust, just much more aggressive. Within the cabin, under normal cruising, you don't hear much difference from stock. When you punch it it is still relatively unobtrusive in the cabin. I have yet to experience any drone, and I've had it for about 6 months.

U hear a difference in sound once you install the kakumei Y pipe with the HKS exhuast at least it did for me.
