if anyones selling an exhaust id possibly be interested as well. Anyone know if id have to cut/weld that hks exhaust to fit my 45?

HKS fits both the 35 and 45 without cutting or modifications.

It wont you need one more extension as you said after the cats. But it'll work, chicagofx45 just did it.

Yes, you will need two G35 Extension 3 inch pipes to fit after CATs

The fx bumper is longer, so you'll need tip extensions for the rear section. I don't know that the y-pipe from a rwd G/Z is even workable. I think most people just get a new y-pipe that fits.

So get this.. I go to mynismo.com to search for a catback hks exhaust and on the website tells me $765. I called to confirm and was going to pull the trigger and order it. When I called the guy told me that that is not true and that it was $906 plus $150 shipping. I said if you go to the website you will see it. On my computer I still see it at $765. After i hanged up cuz i thought it was a little shady. I called importpartspro that Chedman recommended. The guy kyle gave me a good price of $915 shipped for the catback HKS legamax Exhaust. Then when I went back to the nismo site they changed the price to $906. I was like wow that was fast!!
ROCKS!

Thats a difficult situation for the vendor and for you as a consumer. Sometimes honest mistakes happen from Vendors, hopefully you found the right exhaust at the right price.

I found a 03-06 350z Hks "replica" exhaust with a AEM intake. Anyone know if it would fit a 05 fx35.

Not the Awd, the exhaust you're mentioning is a replica of the hipermax with twin canisters. That exhaust is a dual and the front section isn't compatible with awd. They don't have a replica of the legamax which is what they're referring to.

I had the his replica. It fit on my 04 fx35 awd. All I did was extend the tips
