quick question guys,

on my report it says "upper accessory belt almost worn out" then it says "changed serpentine belt"

is the upper accessory belt the same thing as serpentine belt? forgive my amateureness. please let me know!

Here's a diagram of the VK45 belts. Upper accessory belt probably means the belt on the top. I guess they are called serpentine belts because they slither all over the engine like a snake. Both belts connect to the crankshaft pulley, and are thus powered by the engine, but drive separate accessories as you can see labeled here.
