Hey Guys, Newbie here looking for some help

That bottom looks pretty normal for that age for where he's at to me. The rust on the "W" shape brace is pretty normal where there is snow.
 
Im just hoping this vehicle just does not end up costing me tons in upkeep. I can do a lot of work myself, but i have been lucky getting by with all my other vehicles just doing standard maint, oil changes every 5K miles. tune ups every 3 years.

so i have been reading up a lot about the stereo system of the FX, and mostly I get that the sub is lacking, well i have a friend who is giving me an Infiniti Basslink. its a powered subwoofer that feature a 10 inch sub and a 200W amp. now. are there any empty spaces in the trunk that one of these would fit? behind any panels? any unused space around the spare tire? possible if removing the plastic mold? anything under any of that? it might just end up in the corner of the trunk but the trunk seems rather small so not sure I want to take up the space. is it pretty simple as well to run the power wire? all the trim panels pop up easily?
 
Ha. Sleep was iffy it's gonna be a long drive down to where it's being delivered I have to work till 3:15. Car will be there at 11! Takes me an hour and a half to get there. Argh. It'll be 530 before I see it!

Driver window has a weird problem. When using the automatic up. It closes all the way. Then it drops to half. Anyone experience this problem before? Also one of the tpms sensors is not working. Second one on the list. Unsure of the location of that one...

:congrats: Discount Tire can tell you which sensor is not working. The window should be just a relearn/reprogram procedure. I don't know off the top.
 
Im loving the FX!!! But still issues with the TPMS sensors, I took it to Discount tire, they did the scan thing and reset the system, they then all showed on the computer screen, no lights, BUT then i turned it off, turned it back on and boom, same sensor not working, well i had to be getting home so drive the 100 miles home, and now 2 sensors are not working.... is this a sign they need to be replaced?
 
Soo I looked at the ldw system and was trying to get it to alert me and it never did. Looking into it today I noticed the windshield has black dots all over it. Is this factory. erebuta8.jpg

If your FX is equipped with TECH pkg, LDW is standard and the windshield should have a / \ cutoff. My guess, windshield was replaced and previous owner didnt want to spend $1000 for the proper oem LDW version.

Hmm, sounds like the windshield is not factory and its replaced with a none LDW windshield.
