Hey Guys, Newbie here looking for some help

I am for sure not preasured into buying it, but to be honest i think im going to. I like it, looks cool, I did drive an 03 and had no complaints other the the inside, i didnt like the older look of the dash and everything. Now with the TPMS, did you happen to look at the pressure monitors in the screen to see if there where any differences in pressure?

sorry but wasnt able to look at it at the time i was actually searching and something threw me off and i forgot ... i think i must've found out the seats were not working when i was looking at the setting and completely forgot TT

as far as drive i felt everything to be somewhat normal ... i remember the ride quality being much better than my stock 05 45. alignment wasnt off sounded an drove like an fx.

IM BUYING HER! picking it up Next Friday, going to fly to NY on thursday and see some of the city till heading over to the dealer to pick it up!

congrats. Meet up with Angry and buy him lunch and some beer. That was a better inspection than I did on the FX before I bought it.

i suggest getting the dealer to write up what they will fix so there is paperwork just to be sure.

the wet marks around the vents could be excess vinyl treatment on the vent, or moisture after using heat (i noticed similar marks on my dash too when using heater or when the fx is under the sun).

hope everything goes well and advanced congrats!

Yes, I have it all in an email, it is going to Infiniti for service, the fog light has been ordered cup holder has been ordered. the seat WILL be fixed

so what Mods? you have in mind!!!!

I found lowering springs really improved looks and ride and spacers~~~

let the mod bug hit you !!!!!

See down in the heart, im a truck guy, never loved lowering vehicles, truth be told I dont make a ton of money! sooo it might be stock ....for awhile...minus having a hitch installed to haul my jetskis!

Lowering springs give the FX the look it SHOULD have had from the factory. They are a far cry from "slammed"

Possibly! I guess ill have to see how I do getting used to the lowered ground clearance, the vehicle i got rid of to buy the FX was a 2002 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab, Lifted 3 inches so itll be some what weird getting used to a vehicle with less clearance... then again maybe not as I also have a 98 Civic and an 04 Vibe... hrmmm

Hrmmm interesting, I do Jetski gatherings...never done a car Gathering.....

Talked to a buddy of mine who works at a Chicagoland area body shop, who is certified body shop for Lamborghini, hes the paint guy, anyway hes going to buff the complete car, sand if needed some spots to get rid of the scratches for 100 bucks!

Oh, so he paint on the side too? Is he around Chicago?
Na he doesnt do paint on the side, he has no where to paint. guess the shop owner doesnt let him use the booth for side jobs, he does NICE work. hes out west of Chicago. St.Charles

He's close by me. May look him up to paint a couple bumpers if I ever get to finish them up.

I installed a Curt hitch on my BIL FX35. Pretty stright forward until you run into rusted bolts . I ended up taking the rear bumper cover off to finish the job.
