i did a lot of the R&D assistant (that was my old fx45).... and my FX45 handled better w/ the braces on than my G35 turbo sedan did..... it doesn't make the ride stiffer, actually prevents the FX from wobbling in the rear suspension over the bumps.

Go to your local Autozone and rent one. You pay the full price, then when you bring it back you get your money back.

I added info to the first post to clear up when the bars will be shipped. I know its not right away, but at least they are willing to work with us. So now is the time guys.

I'm interested in some braces but I'm in the coilover GB, so unless I hit the lotto or find me a sugar mama I'm only gonna be able to afford the coilovers right now.

You said the Strut Tower Bar would fit with the engine cover but what about the side covers ....if it could fit with all the covers on am in.

As far as I know, they will fit with all factory plastic in place. I can make sure tomorrow when I talk to GTSPEC. Unless someone that has it can say so.
