Ya, I really want it for AutoX. The FX doesn't drive the same without it. I can really feel the rear get squirmy back there. I've been on my spare in the rear though, so today I finally get to really push it and see. I'm not sure if anyone else in DFW has one that I could even borrow.
 
Got it. Yeah, it could work, the back bumper is a big ass air scoop. I guess it would come down to the visual aspect and how you would minimize the vents or maximize the look and make it like it has a purpose. Couple more Amstell lights and I'll get after that bad boy with a sawzall tonight....
 
I wouldn't imagine it being that much of a drag since the muffler sits a little lower than that piece in the pic. I could see how it may add some heat to the cargo area though.
 
im hoping carbon fiber, or even more crazy.....dry carbon. :.smile:

possible making a mid chassis brace, should know next week. We will try our 350z/G35 mid chassis brace on the FX see how much modification required. If within doable range, a mid chassis brace will be produce.

At the same time, a radiator cooling panel will be mock up as well.
 
i think you guys should also look into an

engine damper brace

they only have for zs and gs and oyu cant really mod those to fit and work correctly....

it helps deliver the power to the wheels a little better by not letting the engine move as much--and since you guys are into bracing technology...why not?
