got the Unorthodox Racing pulley!

I dont think a braker bar will cut it - cuz he even put a handle part of the jack on the breaker bar for more leverage. plus you would think the impact gun would've gotten it to budge.....maybe its not meant to be?

If it's bending, why would you want to add more force to it? Length was not the issue, the bar wasn't strong enough to hold up to the necessary force. If you can bend the bar, it means the bar isn't strong enough even though you might be able to put enough force to loosen the bolt. A longer bar will need less force on it though to break the bolt, so it might not bend as easily.

I've seen impact guns that don't break bolts alot. Not sure why, but I guess sometimes there's something that makes the bolt harder to break than usual.

bumping old thread.

all of you guys who had ur pulleys for a while. how does it holding up now?

i've had ur pulleys in my two acuras (both underdriven) and never had any issue. only issue was pulley belt squeaking after 2.5yrs & 30k miles of use. other than that no issue.

wondering how its holding up on vq engines.

I have the UR under driven pulley and no issues at all except to check belt tension from time to time. That's normal....
