Hi Luis, I've sent my bulbs back more than three weeks ago hoping to exchange it for the revised one but since this will take longer than expected , can you go ahead and just post the refund back to me?

Sorry been out of the country this past week and a half. Limited to internet access and I had let Logan know.
As of now, the new development is still under progress. So in order to make sure that everyone is happy, my upper management told me to just issue a refund for all the returns, so guys, please send all the bulbs back for those who are looking for a return/refund.
I wouldnt want to keep anyone waiting. Once the bulbs are in good working level, I will out a notice on this thread and hopefully it can work out then. Thank you.

IS,JLC is not running away. But I just wanted everyone to know that it does take some time for the test in order to prevent this situation from happening again. Thank you for being understanding.
