Tested it on the FX35, its not burning out or flickering, but since some of the users said that it is not bright enough, we are trying to add some new chips on the bulb to see if we can produce a bit more of brightness and perhaps add LEDs around the bulb to reflect out of the housing to make it seem it is reflecting off the entire housing.

We are in the process of making a sample bulb, we should see some sample pics within this week hopefully. Thanks!

I am going to issue the refund first, for all users in request of them sending back the item, then once the new ones are tested to work stable, then I will let IS know.

Read previous posts. There has been some issues with the bulbs and some of us are still waiting for the replacement.
 
i came very late to their shop the other night and it was closed, but luis opened and let me check out and try some interior leds on my ride. he did not know initially that i was from IS and when i informed him, he was apologetic and concerned about the current issue and informed me that they are working on it.

i offered him any help or testing i can provide since i live so close as long as my schedule permits. i might stop by again later to get some interior leds.
 
Excellent - Representation will help the process. Really want these bulbs, really want them to work correctly......
 
refund was received yesterday

JLC: Please continue development as many of us are anxious for good product. My offer to volunteer development and custom engineering services still stands.

We are both in California and this post was from the 28th, I doubt they are getting lost in the mail. I am tired of having one bright reverse light and one dim.

if lost parcels are so frequent, you could get delivery confirmation - a tracking number - scanned when a parcel is brought to the post office and scanned when the package is delivered fyi. if it does get lost, they know at what point it likely happened.

Lance, you might want to update the OP so these latecomers don't keep getting confused.
 
Excellent point Stu, OP updated accordingly.

Please note - Previous and pending orders are under a "return and resolve" status while JLC refines and final tests the CREE lights due to bulb performance issues.

I think we should look into how much time we have to file a PayPal dispute, just to cover ourselves.
