A hold has been placed on all outgoing orders once the problem was announced. I will have an updated list of users that have send payments but not shipped out tomorrow as well as teh list for users that have returned the bulbs. Thank you.

roger! cant wait for you guys to fix the issue, and get them bulbs.:tup:..
 
I want to send my 7440's back but not sure yet on the 921's. I assume I can't send them back at different times so I guess I just have to wait or decide if I don't like the 921's.
 
I'd send them back. They might dart giving you problems later on. Besides they're not a very good application for our "crooked" backup lights lol

True true, maybe I'll get a refund for reverse and hopefully a replacement for the 7440.

I am sorry for this happening, if the package has not been received yet, then I highly think its lost again.

A new set will be sent out via Priority Mail/FedEx whichever comes out cheaper. Thanks for being patient.
