Since we are having quite some trouble with the bulbs that I already sent out, I spoke with the manager and we would like to request a call back for the bulbs that are currently sent out.
In terms of refunds, we will refund those that want their money back and as well as the postage paid to return the item. (please only return it via first class with delivery confirmation) that way it can save us both money! appreciate it guys!
For the users that want us to send the working ones back to them please let me know. We should be having the FX35 we were testing the new bulbs on back on Wednesday for a final evaluation of the new bulb.
Sorry for all the problems caused on this GB. I do put the blame on myself because we tested the 9005/9006 bulbs on the TL but never tested the 7440 one on FX or any cars with DTRL. And I am very sorry for the inconveniences being caused here by me. My apologies IS!

X2. I'm focused how the return process should take place? Do we send them back and then get a refund? Or we get a refund and a return label and then send back? I personally would prefer the latter

I've noticed they pop in once every couple days and give a vague response without answering any direct questions.
Got it. One last question before I send them in. Should we also send the 921 reverse? I didn't have any issues with the one bulb I installed, but others have. Although it sounds like the new bulbs are not as bright.
Well for the 921, it should not have problems if you havent experienced any as of now. It was a QC problem which I did input some thoughts to upper management levels.They will try to have better QC from now on, especially if its GBs. The reverse lights should be just fine. Thanks!
I still didn't get a response to the PM or email I sent you. I would like to send both LED types back. I am not happy with the 921 LED and would like a refund. In addition to one member already having flickering issues, they are not a good application for our reverse lights. They are bright when looking directly at the lights, but when directly behind the car they are extremely dull and pose a hazard for the card behind you. I originally wanted a replacement for the DTRL LEDS, but I think now I would like a refund. Please ensure that I will be refunded in full for both LEDS before I ship them back. Thank you.
They said they cancelled orders that hadn't shipped and will send them out once a new one that works is ready.what about those that havent got their bulbs yet?
