You are correct Alan. This particular weapon-R filter is designed for the dual air intake.

How well will that work though unless set up as a true ram... I imagine most of the air is coming in from the sides. I guess it must get some cooler air.

I don't really know, but in some cases I would guess 2 sources are better then one.

Yeah i was thinking of re-routing the tube near the Cruise Control sensor so the air is force into it but I was worry about water getting into the engine.

For now I will try this method and see what happens

Best is I do get a little better gas mileage on local driving
