FX Slips in to neutral when driving,or doesnt change gears? HELP

Hi I have a 09 fx35, it just started doing that as well. I was driving and all of sudden the transmission is disengaged. As if it's neutral. Initially I put it in park and put back in D. It worked and same thing happened again shortly. So I pulled over turn car off and start back up andait drove fine. I want to know if updating the ecm and tcm actually the solution of this issue? I don't know if it's a related problem when my car downshifts the rpm dips and goes back up.

You guys should go through and clean/treat all your ground points throughout the car, including the trans and exhaust.

Did anyone figure out the fix for this issue? My 09 FX50S has not done this with regular driving, but it did this while pulling a small 4x8 trailer. I pulled over into a parking lot, put in park, and back into drive. It works for a while after doing this, but it will do it again if I drive long enough. I recently changed the fluid with the factory stuff and followed the detailed refill procedure, so I don't think it's related to that.
Mine is a late 2008 build, so maybe a software flash will fix? Although it was mentioned above that it still happened with the SW update.
