No such thing as full coverage. You are only covered up to your coverage limits and umbrella coverage if you have any. Most people have the wrong conception of full coverage. People claim to have "full coverage" but they have shit for limits. Premium also depends on your risk category. Risk is driven by points on your record and how much you drive annually. Premium is also driven by how much deductible you've chosen. The higher the deductible, lower the premium. Vice versa is also true. I used to be an insurance adjuster about just over 5 years ago with farmers insurance (sorry Doc. Farmers will never be my choice of insurance company since I worked there and I know how they run their business)
i have 300/500 uninsured motorist and 300/500/300 for liability. I, of course have collision, $50 rental, windshield, and comprehensive. i pay roughly $100 a month on the infiniti with $1k deductible. I report 15-20k miles with no points on both my record and my wife's
So if everyone wants to compare how much is cheap and who is paying cheap, I think we all need to provide liability/uninsured coverage limits, annual mileage report to insurance company, and deductible.
