FX Insurance Rate

I just bought a 2007 fx35 this past weekend and this is what I got from my Costco insurance company (Ameriprise).

My wife and I already have one car insured. As an add-on to that vehicle, we were able to get $360 per six months. That's about $60 per month. The insurance person said that we got a 45% discount because it was an add-on. Considering that, it probably would have been around $800 per six months if this was our only car. This is with full coverage ($500 deductible and 100k/coverage, with 1 accident history).

I used to have progressive and Ameriprise seems to be alot cheaper.

On my 07 with 21st Century it is 1,222 for 6 months here in LA.

California has HIGH insurance rates..... blows.

09 will be 300 more a year.
 
I guess I'll add insurance rate for my 2009 FX35 here in Atlanta. I pay $980.80 for full year with Geico.
 
If you can get Mercury, I found them to be the best rates for big coverage. Seems like they only insure those with good records.
 
$94 per 1000 miles, my policy does expire every six months but that more like a formality. and 1k is just about how much i drive every month. milemeter.com
 
Approx $600 every 6 months for me. Progressive ... I love Flo. Good thing the big insurance companies came out to mass. Used to be with a company called Commerce.. have a huge list of tickets and such.. license suspended 3x so rates with them were crazy like 4k a yr. Main thing is the bigger insurance companies go back 3yrs on your history while the little guys go back 6yrs.

im payin 174 a month with multi discount and thats good up here for a 26yo male
