nope everything was good, how ever there was a crack in plastic sheild underneath? he checked out everything and no other parts got touched i'll get a new one when spring comes , no big deal

looks much better in person, cant wait till this weather is almost done so i can take real pics, also is there any way i can put a 3m guard at that bottom, to prevent that plastic from chipping? im guna do it throughout the bumper and a bit of the hood as well

:err: Man, that looks great!!! Now you gota think, would you have forked out the cash to paint the plastic before the damage?
Very clean!

I thought originally you ment $400 with ALL the plastics:tongue: that woulda been insane though, as all said & done, with the bumper repair, that woulda probably been even below his actual cost to do that whole job...

still, $400 with that repair was a very fair price... in nyc, that woulda been a bit more suicidal as bumpers are always getting bumped around the way parking is over here, a repair like that is more likely to split open or crack when bumped, but I guess in most other places where parking is not like here it's not so bad to repair something like that I guess.. if it don't get bumped & it was repaired well it could be fine for years too really...

thanks for the input guys, ye it was $400 to fix , paint, labour , so i didnt mind, and he was going to paint the plastics all round but i needed my truck today so i told him i will bring it back when the weather gets warmer and yes all for $400 hes doing it, lol i did him a favor now he owes me a favor :top:
