I don't want it to be that flashy...
I want it to look exotic and yet still be able to look classy when I go out to the Club's and to my daughters school events....

I guess my color is pretty similar to yours, think yours leans more towards a darker blue pearl on the highlights where mine might be a little more towards the gray greenish blue kinda, but very similar in that for the most part it's a black pearl...
I really do like the black pearl, it's subtle but different. just sometimes I feel like it's a bit too subtle though, I mean for the most part & to most people it just looks black, especially when it's not all clean & shined up... if/when I ever get to redo it I'm thinking more along the lines of a black cherry, still a black pearl, but with red highlights instead of blue, & a bit more cherry highlights... I have a nice black cherry in mind...
whatever you decide man, best of luck with it... I'm guessing your upgrading all the trim to 06+ style personally, wonder what else
3 weeks is good, giving me more time to try & have something ready for you

I always pictured the fx in a really hot pearl yellow, like a lambo yellow or even VW has a very pretty pearl yellow 3 stage, a candy red would also look sick, but like Bert said, as hot & wild as it would look, I sure don't want to be driving a hot & wild looking car daily... I like a car that whispers rather than screams for attention, well, as a daily driver anyway & just for me personally anyway, sometimes it's a bit less classy to have a car that is just screaming '"hey look at me!"... not that theres anything wrong with that at all if that's what you wanted though...
I also found a crazy looking pearl orange, doing an old school camaro in that color right now with ghost flames... would also look crazy on the fx, & kinda look stock, but different enough from the factory oranges to def look custom too, it's got a lot of color flips to it, wild color too...

I am not going to do a Wide body.......
That is only reserved for Rookie.. I think if I did that I would definitely have to be able to keep up with his beast.
Yet I am going FI in Sept. now. had to keep pushing the project back because of this and the new wheels I need to show off the BBK.
I am doing just some subtle and attractive changes to my Baby... I don't want to over promise and under deliver. just keep in mind that it can't look any better than rookies.. lol
