The FX never gets dirty, just scratches. AND he doesn't have a garage!

AND he doesn't have a garage!

I have a garage, it's just full of junk from when we had the attic renovated.:alien:

Looks really good. Does your FX ever get dirty?

Monday-Friday it's dirty. I wash it once a week on Saturday.

No scratches when I use my Porter Cable buffer on it! Just sometimes :wink (2):

Took a random pic just for the hell of it. I have nothing better to do really :shot::

Thanks!!

City/Parking lights are 5K VLED 4 LED 2 watt bulbs which are these: http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED-...-LED/5K-WHITE-4-LED-2W-HIGH-p8761053-1-2.html

Headlights are 5K Osram CBI bulbs which are these: http://www.motivemods.com/OSRAM-CoolBlueIntense-Xenarc-D2S-p/osr-cbi-d2s.htm

Picked up my grille yesterday from the bodyshop that Kenny (da mayor on here) recommended to me. Had the grille color matched to black obsidian:

I'll post of pictures of it installed later. Wasn't happy with the plastishit lol

Much better than the plasti-dipped one! Glad you kept the emblem chrome too. I just bought a second grille to do the same! :top:

Thanks guys. The grille was color matched to KH3 Black Obsidian with scratch shield clear. Total cost for paint was only $100. Only thing I have to do is wetsand, compound and use a finishing polish on it because there is alot of orange peel. I was in a hurry to get it back thats why. I'll let it cure a little before I do that. Here are some pictures installed:

As you can see in the pictures the FX is covered in a crazy amount of pollen!! lol It's been pretty bad here the past few weeks. I wanna have the lower door trim and side vents painted next. Maybe in a charcoal or gunmetal color. Still haven't decided on that.

For wetsanding I'll use 2000 grit soaked in soapy water overnight then switch up to 3000-4000 Meg's Unitgrit. The Meg's M105 compound followed by M205 finishing polish on my Porter Cable.
