Received my M56 sport shift knob today. I got to say I love it!! It looks even better in person than what I thought:

Matches the interior perfectly:top:
 
No it's like a dark brown color. The stitching on the knob isn't an exact match but it's pretty close. For some reason the stiching in the pictures make it look gray but it's a little darker than that. Somebody told me after handling it for a while the stitching will get dirty from your hands and make it look way darker. I love it though :)

Does look good though.. I want to get it, but it would be to just satisfy "modding something"... I really want a proper drop, but I know it's not possible at the moment. I'll just get the lip in the spring.

With all the camber issues I think it would be best to wait.
 
Looks good Aaron. I can't believe you still haven't changed out the switch panel and knobs. If you were around I would have done it for you! It's one of the best mods I've done.

Thanks for reminding me about that lol. That's the next thing on my list then. First thing come monday morning I'll call for some pricing on that. Can you give me the part numbers for it?

i thought you already bought it all? You got one and then the other took forever because of the Japan tsunami and I remember you complaining about how long the shipping is taking! lol

No I think I was talking about the trim panel that I replaced lol. That took forever because of the tsunami

Wow the knob looks great on the FX! I'm glad you got it right away. I thought it would take longer.
