o ok kool
9 hr install...wonder if its worth it to do myself or pay a shop...still debating. hey bert, any advice/suggestions for someone who might do this in the near future?
I only opted to do it so I can learn the process and say that I have done it... LOL
There are several local shops that can do it for you. This type of work should cost you not more that 250.00
Have you looked at the service manual yet? It basically is a write up with pics. In case you aren't familiar, it's what the dealership technicians use when doing any sort of work.i kinda feel the same way...i want this to be the 1st car that i do most of the mods/maintenance myself so i can learn and have the satisfaction of being my own mechanic.
too bad there is no write-up in the DIY section, i know stu mentioned the maintenance manual but those are never as thorough as a good write-up with pics.
