I recently changed from the suggested 5W30 to a 5W40.

This was at the recommendation of a friend of mine who is a tech at an infiniti dealership. And so far the car does run more smoothly.

This was at the recommendation of a friend of mine who is a tech at an infiniti dealership. And so far the car does run more smoothly.

I have been reading that Shell T6 5W40 seems to be working for a few people, its a heavier duty oil which resists burn-off ...its full synthetic as well and its on sale right now.
