Zebra its possible that you can be protected from the ebay protection depending on how the user listed his listing. If he says its use and working condition with no problems and you get the item to find that they are bent then the item he listed doesnt match the description you can get ebay refund. Doesn't alway work but worth a shot if its not to late.

Yes, you can do this through ebay...open up a case. I have done this with them many times and won a few cases. Definitely try that route...if an item is not
as described by the seller and you can prove it then ebay has to take your side.
 
it definitely pays to use paypal and then its up to the seller to prove there case as well as you can get a partial refund for the repair needed to make the item listing legit..
 
guys i need something for my m3's leather.. Its gotten a little rough, do the chemical guys sell anything that softens it up a bit and makes it look new again?
