Yes, you can do this through ebay...open up a case. I have done this with them many times and won a few cases. Definitely try that route...if an item is not
as described by the seller and you can prove it then ebay has to take your side.
 
it definitely pays to use paypal and then its up to the seller to prove there case as well as you can get a partial refund for the repair needed to make the item listing legit..

Is this only on their site? If so call them up and get the eBay store prices. Even if they don't take 20% off of that, it's probably still a better deal.
 
guys i need something for my m3's leather.. Its gotten a little rough, do the chemical guys sell anything that softens it up a bit and makes it look new again?
