Some Procharger kits came w/ the full package ready to go. Some were sold as tuner kits so you'd have to sort out your own fuel management and tune. Most shops would quote 10-12 hours for the install so whatever the going rate per hour is in your area...The stock block can handle it if you don't turn up the boost. The 8psi pulley could take you to 400whp in some cases and that's about the limit before the engine will let go (not immediately, but over time). Some Procharger guys had issues w/ belts breaking. And from my understanding, it is loud. Louder than a Vortech.
