I'm getting these for my winter tires glad I waited to pull the trigger on these seems like I always just miss the deal and spend way too much LOL they were 790.00 plus around 150.00 shipping
The Yokohama Geolander A/T-S all Season has the highest snow traction ratings and good wear ratings for an A/T tire.The Yokohama Geolander AT-S 265/60/18 has a UTQG rating of 500 A A and 110 load and H speed rating.From all the comparisons and review ratings I could find it seems as though this tire would perform almost as well as a dedicated snow tire and with a 500 wear rating should last 4 or 5 times longer.

the only problem with a A/T tire versus a snow tire is that the snow tire is designed with a softer compound to be able to grip and perform on ice and or sleet while the A/T tire isn't... it'll still be great on snow but not so great when conditions worsens past snow
mean looking tire.
Only thing that would concern me (for my winter driving) is ice with that tire. Threads look good for snow packed roads.
