Been running the triple dog gt for a couple of days and honestly can say I do not feel that much in the performance department. The acceleration does feel smoother with the acceleration sensitivity set to high, but in the higher rpm's it feels pretty similar to stock. The horsepower and torque band may have been readjusted very slightly cause the car does have a slightly better lower rpm pep, but nothing major. I can't say it has given me more horse or torque but it surely did do something....just not much of it.
I adjusted the triple dog as follows:
Premium Tune 91 OCT
Rev Limiter 7100 RPM
Speed Limiter 180mph <<-- I will never use this or need it.
+2 Timing advance
+50 rpm idle raise
The unit itself is pretty cool though, lot's of features. Once you install the triple dog gt to your car it is married to your car...meaning you cannot use it to tune another fx unless you return your first car to stock. You can however do +2 timing advances and idle adjustments on as many cars as you want without unmarrying it. The gauge feature is nice, you can monitor a variety of parameters...A/F, Intake Temps, Coolant Temp, RPMs, MPH, Thottle, Volts, IPW, Trans Temp, Timing, Maf, Fuel Economy, Fuel Flow, Load. It can also read and erase diagnostic codes. Has a performance testing function which I haven't used yet, and a driving coach for those looking to hit a certain mpg's.

Why the +50rpm idle raise?
