Best quality and looking interior floor mats

have seen dose on ebay was thinking to buy dose to because the weathertech ones specially the driver side on the 2gen FX35 they don't keep out all the crap that you bring on your winter boots specially when you step on the gas pedal because 2gen gas pedal is on the floor water and salt drain right down to the carpet

I'm not so sure these or any mat is going to help with that issue. If the gas pedal functions from the floor instead of the firewall, I think your going to need a boot, something to ride up the pedals arm and form a seal to the mat. If you've got snow on your boots, get your ass in the FX but leave your feet outside and bang-em together to knock the snow off. I was born & raised in Chicago so familiar with the snow.

I searched the site and found lots of discussion in the past about floor mats. I'm gonna sell my Infiniti rubber mats & replace with black mats. Weathertech and 3dmaxpider both look great. While searching I came across these www.scotabc.com. I can't make up my mind as to whether they're overwhelming or not. Also, the price is really low for something like this. Found some really nice custom jobs similar to these but a little more plush but only for a Bacon, I mean Macon. Anyone out there have these scotabc mats?

One person on this site has them... They posted pictures about 6 months ago and liked the fit and finish...

I've heard about bad fitment issues from Weathertech...

I'm glad to hear that. I bought'em for like a buck 30. 20% off for whatever reason. I thought eh, it's a small risk and if they don't work out, I'll toss'em up on ebay and take the loss.
They're very quick to respond to emails. I asked them please, double check everything before you ship as they're coming from China.
So do tell, where can I find these photo's? Couldn't find anything on the site. Maybe didn't look hard enough. If there's a lot of good photo's, I won't bother putting any up myself.

Still waiting on'em. Should be here in a week or less. I got the mats for the cargo area also. The stitching is black, unlike the link to the photo above of these or another companies mats that show a white stitching. The white looks nice and makes the diamond pattern stick out more, but I'm glad the ones I bought are all black. Just my preference.

These are the poorest fitting things ever. Scotabc best not think they're gonna be keeping my cash. That would be a big mistake.
If they could hire on someone other than the 3 year old they had measure for this cargo mat and hire someone else who can operate a sewing machine to avoid issues as seen in a photo I can't attach where it shows the diamond pattern overlaps in one row, and hire yet another adult to do quality control and another to properly package the product so it doesn't get so badly wrinkled and destroyed, they'd be on to something. I have higher hopes for the front and back seat mats. The vast majority of the stitching and the vinyl itself is good. What a damn shame. More less-than mediocrity.

I have just the Weathertechs for the front and have the OEM for the rear. Also have the Weathertech for the cargo. There is also this other company in Canada called Tux Mat that looks really nice too, which I may look into for the rears as they also cover the rear hump.

Appreciate the feedback but your on the 1st gen side my friend. Doesn't look like they make the tux for the 1st. I have high hopes that the front/back seat mats will work out unlike the cargo mats. I've been back and forth wth them over the last 30 min. They're giving me my money back and I'm going to attempt to convince them to let me perfect they're product, ship it back to them so they can make it right from scratch then send it back to me for a trial fit and I have an idea as to how they can ship it without damage. It's a good product. Good feel, has some weight to it but big fitment issues.
EDIT - Turns out they sent one for a 2009-2013. They may have one for my '03.
EDIT EDIT - Scotabc is re-measuring and making entirely new cargo mats for me and expecting to ship by the end of the month. They said they'd ship them rolled as well so there's no indentations or wrinkles do to folding. This looks like an issue only for the main cargo mat piece. Should be getting the front and rear mats soon.

I got the front and back seat mats in today. They're nice, I like'em a lot and would be thrilled if they were the correct mats. These are clearly for a QX70 just like the cargo mats are. No photos of the passenger side because that actually fit and I took photos for scotabc and ebay for the return process. I don't think they ever had'em for the 1st gen but 2003-2008 was an option on the listing and I even contacted them before the purchase just to be sure.
Said some mean shit so I edited it out. They didn't f'it up on purpose and seem like really nice people. Just frustrated.
Looks like the 2nd gen is smaller on the inside which is odd because it looks larger and bloated on the outside compared to the 1st gen. The cargo area is a couple inches shorter and a few inches narrower from side to side in the back seat area. The dead pedal is further away from the dash on the 2nd gen. The exterior looks bigger, it's heavier but the cabin is smaller?

That's for the 2nd Gen FX... The driver's side has the floor cut-out cause the 2nd Gen's gas peddle is hinged at the floor...

Yeah. At first I thought they were for an QX70 for a right side driver but I looked at the photos you linked above and discovered what you just wrote. They've refunded all my money and I guess they don't want these back so I'll probably put'em on ebay or something? They're supposedly measuring a 1st gen FX35 this week and will send'em again.

Those look tempting please provide us with a review when you can
Oh, I will. They told me they'd have'em measured by the end of this month. I assume they'd then manufacture a prototype, trial fit it and keep the first as a sample for production. Shipping takes FOREVER.

Scotabc gave me a tracking # for the mats. Now that's customer satisfaction. They know they f'd up and to make it right, they're giving me everything for free.
