Best compliment rec'd in your FX?

My GF tells me all kids of stories of the weird looks and comments she gets driving my fx around

HAaaaaaa .................... I get quite a lot of looks and comments each week but I wouldn't say they were weird :bulgy-eyes: sometimes I get lucky and a cute guy even starts a conversation about my ride :smile (2):
 
heard this one today...

"hey, what ever happened to that sick little black import truck you had, what was it a Porsche or something?..."

I took the compliment more from the sick part... not so much from the Porsche bit :)

I get stares all day long but the best compliment I've ever gotten is a "nice car man".. from a dude in a 2012-2013 white on black GTR black edition...
 
In the FX while it was at the shop "wow, this thing is lower than a regular car!" Don't know why, but I thought it was cool.

In the BMW, it's ridiculous - a city bus driver honked at a light to give a thumbs up, 5 minutes later, a truckload full of guys pulls up, rolls down their window and give the thumbs up, earlier that day, it was a guy in a C63 Black Edition. When I first picked it up, guys would high beam me from across the road to wave. Then later on at a restaurant, a guy in the parking lot driving a new Ferrari rolled down his window and says "I love the car". On top of that, little kids point and wave. Must be the color...Maybe I'll wrap the FX in lime green and see what happens.
 
I get some of my waranty work done at Nissan... They all gawk at the car and after putting the flowmaster on it I have has several service managers and techs talk to me about it. Im always asked if its custom since they have never heard a Nissan sound like that. I left work the other day and my friend called me saying that after I started it up a couple of the contractors working nearbye stopped him and asked him what the hell I had in the thing since a crossover wasnt supposed to sound like that. Its just a mean sounding thing, and for the poor people who think its a murano.... smh.
 
Nice! I sometimes wish my Stillen was louder. Thinking HFC will solve that problem for me. :snicker:

i was sitting at a red light and i just happen to glance to the passenger side and a guy asks me to roll down my window. He asks if we can trade vehicels. He was drivn a nice looking jeep with rims and all. A guy just the other day was parked beside me and when i went to get in my car he asks if we can trade lol. Had many random people tell me they love my fx at gas stations when getting gas

If you can wait, I heard through the grapevine that one of our Chicago FX peeps is having a complete custom exhaust installed when the snow is gone :smile (2):
