Are halos worth getting???

yeah personally I don't like them either, I sure wouldn't put them on my own car personally, but I guess you gotta go with whatever you like, it's your car :)

to space it I added about 4mm of washer and got longer screws and cut them to 4mm longer than stock, space the bezel out from the lens just a bit

Offhand, not sure of a good shop in MKE, but you can do it yourself in about a half day.
 
im slowly building my dual headlight and will encounter the issue what do i do for dtrl??? suggestions? was thinking halos on the inner 2 circles but will be a custom / smaller sized to fit inside the bezele circle instead of on top. open for ideas
 
Yeah, I don't know that Koso is around anymore. Might want to reach out to Zebra and see what he can do for you.
