I hear ya. We just got some snow last night out of the blue. I don't even plan on taking my winter tires off in the next 10 days of weather.com since it's below freezing at night for many of the 10 days out...

I would love to Rip but I'll be getting my boat out of storage around then and getting it ready to put in the harbor. I have a bunch of work to do on it.
I'm hoping on making the Fall meet there when it comes around.

It's snowing here right now. I never take winter tires off until the weather is consistently above 50F, so that is usually mid April.

April 26th I have an engagement photo shoot booked a few weeks ago. Thanks though. I think it's best you guys don't worry about accommodating me, but do appreciate it.

Another thought is given that winter is so late this year, maybe it makes sense to have a much later spring meet and then a later fall meet. Instead of early september, maybe even November. There is almost never any snow early November. Not crazy about a November meet, but just mentioning it.

Also, the other thought (at least my thought when I had suggested breaking this into 2 events a year) was that not everyone can make it to every event and it was a bummer someone couldn't make it out the whole year, so then 2 events in the summer but spread enough so that it gives everyone a chance to go. My initial thought wasn't to break up this annual event 6 months apart specifically to make it 6 months apart, but to give people a chance to meet twice during the summer when it's warm months but at the same not not make it so close like 2 months apart where the people that can make it every time can enjoy some time in between also.

Just my 2 cents.
 
I'm in too, I know its not too far off, but this relentless winter has got everyone stressed up to their eyeballs. I know I want to jump into a spring event as soon as possible. Lets see what we can come up with, please brainstorm and lets get some options that we might all enjoy.
 
Unfortunately I can't do the 26th. I'll be back-and-forth to Chicago all summer long though for some training so we'll have mini-meets along the way.

No, I can't make it, we will probably driving to the east Coast around then. Our Anniversary is on June 6th and I told Karen we would go to the East Coast.
