Thanks! I really had no intentions of getting coilovers but then I started to visit iS again. This place is a bad influence. :D

One of the most truthful statements ever written on iS.

I will contribute my rear JBT BBK if Chris is not equip with Brembo rear BBK by that time

brembo's are stupid expensive. the first one you listed is the monoblock caliper which is very very expensive, wholesale is well over $5,500

Ah, monoblock's -- so rookie's territory. Rear=less demand + parking brake to deal with = more expensive sometimes than fronts.

also guys, just one more tip about choosing spring rates, the lower you plan to go the stiffer you need the springs to be. I'm sure this is obvious to most but some may not realize this so just thought I'd mention this here. this would be the main reason to stiffen up the spring rate is to go lower without bottoming on compression and reaching the end of travel.

you and me both brother, life has just been in the way man, as much as I miss it and all, it just can't take priority over more pressing issues atm... hopefully soon man...

They are not needed. But if you want them, they are USD 18 / 2 pieces.

Aero (Andrew) and Kido, both told me they are not needed at all for the FX application. Aero (Andrew) had BC Coilovers and bought the rear extension kit but never installed/used them.

If the Kidos are set up similar to BC, then I don't even think extenders apply to the FX coils, unless it states it. I think the extenders apply to other models where the rears are internal in the trunk or in the actual interior of the vehicle and need the extensions to make adjustment easier. What I mean by internal, is where the coilover mounts to and where the adjustment dial is. The fronts for the FX are internal and adjustment is easy. But the rears are completely exposed to the outside, so no extenders apply. I'm pretty certain the rears on the Kido are like the BC and this is the only way I can describe now, but I'm sure there is a better way. If this is the case, adjust the rears are simple. I was able to stick my arm and hand through the spokes of OEM 20"s and dial in the level I want. Hope this makes some sense.
