1st Gen FX35 Wrapped in Hexis Matte/Satin Blue Metallic Vinyl with 3M Carbon Accents

Awesome! Any color difference between new and old wrap?

No color difference, but it's always parked inside.

Thanks Andy.

wrap looks awesome, def a good side gig too.
Thanks

This is making me want to give it a shot as a DIY too.
Do it. It's not that hard at all, just takes time

At advice/pointers you can give I'm going to try this next month on my own

Don't know about Zebra, but an extra set of hands is super helpful for some pieces.

In all honesty I found disassembly to be more complicated than wrapping, wrapping parts is time consuming, but as long as you spend some time you will get the hang of it. Dissasembling the car to be able to wrap all the parts and tuck the edges properly is way harder, and you can expect to break a few trim pieces and lots of clips. Got pretty expensive replacing pieces and clips that I broke...lol

What I found most incredible was when the professional shop was working on my car, they hardly used the heat gun at all. They could wrap the entire side of the car without hardly touching the heat gun. Whereas when I wrapped parts I was using the heat gun for every inch...

Buy lots of material, I bought a 5'x60' roll, I wrapped the entire car and had enough material left over to re-wrap a few panels when someone broke into my car. Having material from the same roll you originally wrapped the car with means that it will match 100%
