03-05 chrome window sill trim?

Would anyone be interested in this? The 2006's have this standard. The problem is, if you have a 03-05 and want this, your only choice is to buy it from Infiniti and it's around $600. I may be able to make this aftermarket at a much lower price. Just wondering if there is any demand for it.
 
I would be interested if you could make them available in other colors also, like black. So we could cover up our faded stock pieces.
 
some people on the ORG started a GB for this, i think, but it never went through with enough buyers. some of them may be interested in this.
 
i might be interested.. i checked one of the website that sells OEM parts for infiniti.. and the whole set was around 1000+ dollars..

so if this looks good and OEM like.. it should be a killer...

Yeah that was a mess. Very unsatisfied buyers (I think there was 1 or 2 buyers) from that guy in Nova Scotia or Greenland or something of the sort... long story short the buyer felt ripped off. It was like some chrome trim that was cut to size and was very cheap and tacky looking.

No offense, but it feels like I'm watching the same story unfold...
 
I'll be interested, but like others, depending on fit, quality and price.

I also remember the thread on .org. Some guy from Russia made an after-market one and it was nohting more than bunch of stickers that he paid couple of hundred dollars for.

Show me the goodies and if others like the quality, I'll jump in

hate to say it, but nothing is gonna look right that just sticks over unless it's rolled & formed & very thin metallic layer... probably cost more to tool up for than it would cost to just buy the real McCoy...

there are only 2 options as far as I'm concerned, either paint them or replace them....
 
I would be interested in nice chrome trims instead of the faded black I have now.
Or even nice black ones would be nice as well.

would also work in gloss black or an aluminum color clearcoated, look like the audi/bmw brushed aluminum look & match the silver rails maybe?..

oh i didnt know about that. im talking about a group buy for the OEM chrome trim from the guy at infinitipartsusa.com
 
Is this lower then oem price including the quarter panel window? If you do just the window trim you still need the whole quarter panel window to complete the job.
