Do you have a gen 1 FX?
My knowledge on the gen 1 is limited as I did this BBK on my gen 2.
For the front, yes, the calipers are direct bolt-on. Obvious, you want the BBK brake rotor as well. Verify that the calipers have brake pads with the retainer clips and their two pins. The bottom 2/3 of this picture:

You can reuse the two mounting bolts to mount the calipers to your FX. The original and BBK use the same mounting bolts. You will need aftermarket brake lines. Your original brake lines will not fit, and the ones come with G37Xs have different mount points, so they won't work either. Once you mount the BBK rotor, you'll notice the brake dust shield is too small. I just used some pliers to bend it back.
For the rear, the setup on the gen 1 is more complex. There is a PDF somewhere in this thread that outlines all the parts you will need. One major component is the knuckle. After you have the knuckle and hub sorted out, same procedure as above applies.
