gto's FX :: 2005 FX 35 RWD SPRT

No joke!
But now I'm monthly. I live on a breezy hill now & the dust gets on there quick.

Nice shots Dave. Boy do I love my FX fresh out of the tub also. Think I'm gonna do that today. If the sun is still out when I'm done, I'm gonna take some shots also with my cut springs.

In the Sierras this week. Sharing some shots

There was more water than I thought there would be. It was perfect for the kids. Slow current for dipping, yet by the falls it was deep enough for swimming. I couldnt stand in some areas. Super cold, but that's the fun of it

Beautiful pictures and scenery! Wish north Texas had places like that...

Out n' about today

Any non locals remember Diehard? :tongue:

Just thought I'd share. I'm no builder or cabinet guy, but I've been busy this week in the garage cobbling up a trash cab to fill an open hole in our kitchen. It actually came out pretty good . . so gotta pat myself on the back. A metal shop buddy of mine owed me a favor on the front panel bend, so the total build was less than 150 w/ good slides & all.
I just have to smooth out the corners. Kinda sharp . . so I put some tape on there. Also layed a big 'ol kickplate down there.

There's always something to do in the new pad, huh? Help is just a phone call away. Truth is, I'm so sick of the depot & all the daily trips . . & design changes happen hourly.
Since I'm on the subject, the pad is shining up real nicely. Here are a couple shots of some of the restoration that's taken place.

Refinished the terrace deck

Restored some details

Fence in progress. I havnt finalized the design yet. I put up the new one in the back, & I'm gonna do some type of horizontal something in front of the little area behind the pool. It's about 6 feet wide there. Probably good for the dog when I get one
