DIY: How to wire V3 Triton Switchback LED from VLEDS

Thanks Ian, got one myself. I'm still interested to open up your steering column to take a peek at the paddle shifter brackets.

Lol that's another thing I want to do too is paddle shifters

 I really want to do this. Maybe we have to treat Ian to Dim Sum on a Sunday morning so we can get a hold of his car.

These LED are amazing, I saw them on Andy's ride and they are bright as hell. I bought them and I'm going to install them next weekend.

Not really sure the real reason for the dimming function. My guess, just so it not over power the headlight. With them dimmed it still just as bright as our headlights. I'll post up some pictures of the difference tonight.

Ya the dimming function is there so the LED's don't look brighter than the headlights. These things are insanely bright

Random, but do you use a self adjusting wire stripper when making these cuts?
My old one has dulled up, so it's more useless than as knife at this point

No fancy automatic or self adjusting wire stripper. Just a pair of good and sharp traditional wire stripper with notches for different gauge wires.

bumping this for a sec...

Andy what color are your low beams? 6K? What brand bulb? They appear to match the 6K switchback very well.

Andy will likely see this soon, but I think he used Garax brand bulbs, if i'm not mistaken.

Thanks for chiming in meme405, I think you're right...I know he was using them at one point, just wondering if that's what was used in the video and if he's still using them
