maby you should switch to led bulbs instead of hid's.. they are much brighter last 10x longer and have almost zero failure rate and wont melt your housings/ wires due to the heat output of both the ballasts and the high heat from the hid bulb itself... i have all my cars loaded with hid's for several years no problems and i sell about 1000kits a week of them and have few to no warranty claims past 3 years. just a idea if your still searching for a bright safe reliable option other than projectors.. but just like hid's there are cheap l;ed bulbs as well make sure you get some nice ones and you wont have any problems. iv had a few ddm hid kits all fail in less than a year either ballasts fail or bulbs fail, color change over time etc. goodluck with your search pm me if you want some advice or purchase a kit.
