Motorsport are expensive custom spacers.
Andy runs them (adapter). They were "mine".
The OEM wheels barely shook without the spacers. With they shook. The aftermarket wheels also slightly shake without spacers. We will see what it is like with them
Can the spacers mess up the alignment? I would say try taking off the fronts and just test with rears, maybe you can narrow down the issue. Maybe just one of them is bad.
What's custom about them?
aren't your aftermarket wheels Enkeis, if so most of the Enkeis have a center bore of 75mm (and I'm not talking about the OEM Enkeis)Yep. Above 45 in the steering wheel. Since I bought the wheels used I am checking the hub size. I was told 66.1 but when I looked at the specs today, it does not look like they come in that size
However the same wheels did not shake nearly as bad without the spacers
May have to just suck it up and buy H&Rs for the front to start
I had same problem with my +15 offset wheels. With a +15 offset on the wheels I didn't need spacers. As soon as I put the brand new 22X9 w/265/40/22 Hankook RHo6's I had a shake from 50 to 60mph.I tried everything for almost two years after putting my 22's on----I had tried Allignment and had one wheel straightened, Road force balanced the wheels, and added hubcentric spacers and still had the shake. I thought it was my after market wheels because when I put the OE's on the vibration was gone. But what was really happening was that my rims are 9" wide and they sit 1" out further with the + 15 offset so the combination of the wider stance and tire amplified any looseness in the steering rack. I lived with this problem for a couple of years so finding out how simple the fix was and that my rims were not the problem was a major releif. After the steering rack adjust problem was gone!!!!!
Steering Rack tension bolt adjust----

If so, are you using 75mm center rings for them?
So I am ordering a couple of sets of new spacers to see if that is the issue. The pictures are with 20mm all around. I like the looks of the rear, but I am scratching my head on the front. Should I keep it at 20mm or just order 25mm??

Damn iPhone. Lol
Any way. Update
Drove today. Shake under 45 and about 65 is about 95% gone (all the way up to 110!)
In between I would say it is marginally better. So I am checking about the bore size
