Noticed this after the dealer fixed the idle dipping thing coming to a stop. They updated the computer and since then I noticed when I'm sitting in park I can feel the movement of the engine running ever so slightly. Like you really have to sit there and pay attention. It makes you feel like your moving up and down slightly. It only does it in park. If it's in neutral, drive, and reverse I don't feel it.
I opened up the hood and placed my hand on the engine and I can feel the movement too with my hand. Can't be motor mounts or misfire as their is no vibration at all. It feels like the idle is set really low for park. To test it out I turned on the A/C and the movement stopped because I know the A/C compressor has to kick up the RPM by about 50 RPM according to the factory service manual. Definately seems like the idle is set wrong. I did idle relearn like 10 times and that didn't fix it. I'm thinking the dealer has to manually set the idle via Consult III? Anyone know what's going on.
