How long are you planning on keeping your FX?

i have the fx for nearly 9 years now and still enjoying the ride. lately thinking of either getting a very small car or a monster hp truck. still thinking and researching though.

If i sell the FX ill be very sad; hopefully i end up fixing my current suspension issues so i can keep it forever and take it off-roading :smug:

My son and I was washing my FX yesterday afternoon. I ask if he want to my FX when he old enough to drive. He said yeah without any hesitation and then he added that he'll give to his son. He's only 6. :smile (2):

I guess you don't go to church...

Haha, you wrote exactly what I was thinking. Good one JD!

oh jeez i told you already I know what it means lol

It's okay Aaron, just say a few Hail Mary's and your good to go.

Cool response from a cool kid..Kinda hard to do with the winters year after year.

I've only had my FX for about 3 months and I'm loving it, I plan on keeping it for about 3 years and possibly getting a QX56...or a gt-R!

Keep it in the family! :top:

I plan on keeping this beauty for as long as I can. This is my first car and it means a lot to me. I take care of it and put as much time as I can into it. Most of my friends think I'm crazy because I wash and detail my FX for about 4-5 hours every couple weeks. Most of them don't see the sports car-like handling and raw power and again and again I prove them wrong. Even if it dies I want to salvage some part to remember it by. I LOVE MY FX!

^ Very nice for a first car! Mine was a 2002 Trans Am WS6 that I crashed and totaled, so there goes my "first". A lot of my non-FX friends and co-workers didn't understand the reality of what the FX is really about too. I had to prove them wrong and convince them too of how hardcore the FX really is!
