There aren't any real issues with the rear muffler, besides one hanger being on the wrong side.
The problem is the midpipe. Depending on the midpipe you have, it may touch the crossmember of the car. Look at post 15, the midpipe is actually about 2mm from touching the crossmember. They would clunk together when I hit a bump in the road.
I actually thought the exhaust was too quiet so I had a smaller resonator to replace the stock one. While doing that, I asked the muffler guy to weld the pipe in a fashion that it was a bit higher than it before so no more clearance issues.
