anyone got the toque specs for all gt spec braces? Can't seem to find them
To install the Mid Chassis Brace, just position the brace and line it up the existing hole in the frame. The two rear hole need the rivet nut. The two front ones, you can slide the nut into the frame via the hole in front of the mounting hole and you can hold the nut with a wrench while tighten up the bolt. That the easy part. Ok now to install the rivet nut into the frame. Stick the rivet nut assembly into the hole, hold the long silver nut with a wrench and press the rivet nut tight against the frame and making sure it s plum and straight and crank the black nut with a socket. If you have an impact gun, use it. It will make the job easier. You stop cranking the black nut once the rivet nut is pressed tight against the frame. Undone the black nut and remove. The rivet nut should stay tight in the hole which become the nut for you to install the bolt that mount the brace. I hope this make better sense than the instruction that it came with.

Just tighten the bolt. If you insist on torque it, I would suggest any where from 70 ft lb - 80 ft lb is plenty for the four bolts on the Mid brace.
The rear lower later brace, torque it to 74 ft lb. Make sure your rear wheel is on the ground, othewise your alignment will be way off. Use the DYI Jeff put together that I see you already looking at.
