VK45 –Stage 1 Headers/JWT cams/TB/intake

Well.....first ride with tuner and builder confirmed as F'in awesome, not sure what that means and there are no numbers yet, road tune only. Sound to me that the tuning has NEVER been done correctly.
 
Need to check in with builder, original dyno shop and JWT to see if they will provide compensation for issues along the way before I can determine a final number. JWT did provide me with an all new motor they built with the cams installed. I covered portions of the first two engine failures but in hindsight probably shouldn't have as the breakage was attributed to missed engine specifics. I will come up with a breakdown eventually.

Hah, true on many levels. Road tune happened last week, both the tuner and Charles were excited but what does that mean?
 
Means it's finally running and they are glad to get it back to you and no longer in the back of their minds! I bet Charles will wake up in cold sweats for at least a month after with visions of the Slvr Srfr.

This - I bet Charles is done with VK's for awhile.
 
Leaving in 20 minutes, have to drop off daughter and friend at friends house, highly doubt they will enjoy extended "car talk".
