Have you considered cutting the front springs and shaving the rear rubber spring mounts?

My bad Jonas, was trying to sneak out of a bday party for an hour or two to meet up with you guys, but my little guy was a handful and couldn't leave my wife alone with him. Just to update, patiently waiting for my 275/30-24 KUMHO ECSTA ASX KU21 101W BSW to show up today. These are rated at 420 AA A, so pretty impressed.
These have a 30.5" diameter, so my very slight rub issue will go away. I really wish the first generations didn't have two metal pipes in the passenger wheel well, that's the only place it rubs, on full turns to the right. Turns to the left are fine.
Just so people know about 24" tires, 285/30/24 Pirelli is shorter than 275/30/24! So for 2nd generation I suggest 285/35/24 Pirelli and on first generation 275/30/24 Hankook, Toyo, Kumho (unless Turbocad is in your backyard, in which you can go bigger).

What happened to your Pirelli's? .... sounds like you're thinking coilovers
I think 275/30/24 is approaching elastic band territory... I would imagine ride quality and protection will take a hit compared to 285/35/24.
22" would have been the best choice, if you knew you were going to slam it..... you can't have it all... :tongue (2):
