06 M45 has same MAF and location of 06-08 FX45. Just need to see if mounting points are the same.....

With your skill, you could EASILY make it work, if modification are even needed.
 
To answer Ed's questions:
1)Replacement filters can be bought through me, I am now an authorized distributer for the company I'm getting the Heatshielded filters from. If you want you can order straight through them but it will cost more. I'm buying in bulk and won't upcharge.
2)I have had NO issues, been running strong on mine for months.
3)The Breather filter in the above pics is rather large monster. For the kits I've changed to something very similar. It's chrome with stainless/white element but about 2/3s the size. Everything else in the kit is identical.

Chuck Not sure why you want to see everthing individually, but if it makes you happy I'll take some pics for ya when I have the time. Been super busy dealing with a lot of crazyness, proposing to the GF on friday:eek.: It prob will work with a 35 if I swap a piece to fit the smaller shroud, is that what your getting at? I had that thought and I'm planning to try fitment with a new piece Already ordered and on the way. There are a lot of 35 intakes out there to choose from so I didn't think there would be a lot of interest, still trying though.

It's louder than stock, but not overwhelming like an open filter, a few MW club guys heard it at our last meet, Once again my life is crazy right now, I will make a sound clip soon and post it here.

Not at all bro, just purely curious. I'm a nerd like that... If you aren't comfortable showing that much of the design then definitely don't do it. I won't think any less of you.

MAF Housings came in today, the one on the Right is the 03-04, the one on the Left is for the 2005, sure look perdy.050-1.jpg

Wednesday after 4pm works for me. Joe said he wanted to look at my engine bay. Not sure what's he's up to though.

So the proposal went so smooth It was shocking, open style in front of friends and fam. Man did I drink lots of Saki last night, such a great time.

FX45chicago, sent you an Email cause I couldn't PM you back on IS.

Chedman, thanks, It has somewhat of a velocity stack kinda hard to explain so I'll just have to show ya when we hook on monday.

PMG, La FX- hope we can catch up with you guys on wed, we can meet at my place or Andy's don't matter to me, let's make a plan...

Tchuck- the filter is modified, it's from Toucan Industries, Inc.
