Yesterday I was on a 5 hour drive, with most of it being highway.
I filled her up with fuel and calculated the gas mileage, I figure it is pretty good for a V8.

Here are the results from yesterday's fill up.
10.92 L/100kms
or
25.9 miles/imperial gallon
or
21.54 miles/US gallon
 
Pretty good. I get a bit more out of the M5 on the highway but it's lighter.


Speaking of highway driving when are you going to be on the West coast?
 
It's up in the air right now Nick, If we get out there, it will be sometime in late September.
 
Be sure to let us know. It has been two years of me trying to get together with Sir21, and Logan.
 
Just picked up my 21" rims from the powder coaters and I'm lovin them :clap:

Here's a quick pic, I just unloaded them from my pick up. I still have to clean up the tires and install them

They are powder-coated Hyper Black. I always loved the colour of my 20" Hyper Black Enkeis, so I went with that. It also goes good with the smoked chrome on the FX50S. They turned out exactly as I wanted them.

I love all your Mods Wayne.....that looks awesome !!! Agree on the match with smoked chrome. Did they touch the center cap? Or left it stock?

Can't to wait to see them mounted !!!! Big Congrats.

Thanks Terry, I told them to leave the centre cap as is.
I will install the wheels tomorrow and post up a few pics.
